Unyts volunteers provide invalubale support to the organization. We have several types of volunteer positions available and provides training classes and shadowing opportunities. Unyts also provides opportunities for student internships and service learning projects. We salute all our volunteers for choosing to dedicate their time and talents to our organization.

Assist Unyts staff with clerical-type office tasks in addition to any larger labor intensive projects.
Blood Drive Hospitality Volunteer
Represent Unyts at a blood drive and monitor blood donors after donation by engaging them in conversation.
Community Event Information Table Volunteer
Represent Unyts at community events and provide participants with accurate information regarding transplantation and donation, including organ, eye, tissue, and blood.
Blood Drive Information Table Volunteer
Represent Unyts at a blood drive and provide participants with accurate information regarding blood donation. Also, share information regarding other Unyts services, such as organ, eye, and tissue donation, as necessary.
Guest Speaker/ “Talk It Up!” Volunteer
Represent Unyts at events and provide participants with accurate information regarding Unyts’ mission and services, such as organ, eye, tissue, and blood donation. Those with a personal connection to donation and/or transplantation may wish to share their stories.
Blood Drive Registration Volunteer
Represent Unyts at a blood drive and assist in the donor registration process. Help with the flow of people by tracking and managing the sign in sheet with donors with appointments vs. donors that walked in.
