Donate Life Foundation

The Donate Life Foundation strives to raise and distribute funds for public and professional education, improved technology, research and other services that will increase organ, eye, tissue and community blood donation and awareness. The Foundation is committed to increasing the number of lives touched by the Gift of Life and maintaining respect for those who give it.

The Donate Life Foundation welcomes charitable donations and in-kind gifts from the community. For additional information about contributing to the Foundation, please contact M. Jan Hall at jhall@unyts.org or (716) 566-3914. The Donate Life Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization as described in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law.
